Brad’s professional life started as an independent real estate professional and led to urban planning and capital projects; writing municipal development policies and facility design standards as well as project management. Projects that Brad has been a part of range from community building neighborhood plans to the financial management of the construction of prominent public facilities for the City of San Antonio.
Brad handles day-to-day operations for REPM and is currently in the process of earning his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification from the Community Association Institute (CAI). He is driven by the need to provide quality client service. He is an advocate of continuous improvement processes, ethical business practices, and quality control.
In addition to the Community Association Institute as a member of its Education Committee, Brad is involved in the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, San Antonio Board of Realtors, the Urban Land Institute, and is the current President of the GRI Society of San Antonio. Brad is also a volunteer for the San Antonio Stockshow and Rodeo on the Craft Beer Committee.
